Asbo for power ballad fan
A woman who regularly sang along to her ‘The Very Best of Power Ballads’ CD has been given an Asbo banning her from playing loud music for 18 months. Metro.co.uk reports that 37-year old Janice Lee particularly enjoyed joining in with Queen’s We Are the Champions and Meat Loaf’s Bat Out of Hell, singing into the small hours. The anti-social order came after complaints from neighbours: “It was all this 1980s stuff,” complained one. “It was like screaming. It made us feel like prisoners in our own home.”
