Big Brother will be a very real concept for one baby - an American man is filming every second of the first 3 years of his son. Professor Deb Roy is recording his new son in an ambitious attempt to unravel the mystery of how humans acquire language. High- tech cameras and microphones are planted all over Roy’s home, and “The Human Speechome Project” (speech + home), will yield some 400,000 hours of audio and video data over three years.
