Cheeky monkeys
Thieving monkeys at London Zoo have finally been taught not to steal phones. BBC Online reports that the squirrel monkeys were fascinated with the blinking lights and beeps of mobile phones, and would snatch them away from unsuspecting visitors. The monkeys only stopped the bad habit when staff covered dummy phones in a nasty sticky substance. Rumours that the monkeys had been selling stolen phones on eBay are entirely unfounded.
