Enterprising businesses invited to make a splash
Businesses across the region are invited to attend an event this week to celebrate the launch of a ground-breaking new enterprise programme. Make a Splash is a full-day event which invites young people to develop their skills in team working, creative thinking and strategic planning, in an environment supported by experienced business people. Supported by cultural change programme Aspire and Barclaycard, the first ever Make a Splash event will take place at Darlington Football Club on Wednesday 21st June and will involve students from schools across the region. The celebratory dinner in the evening gives the participants the opportunity to put into practice what they have learnt during the day through their business pitches. Organisations across the region are invited to demonstrate their support for this new enterprise initiative by purchasing a place at the dinner. Places to this event are limited so if you would like to attend, contact Hannah Lewis as soon as possible, on hannah@twkg.net / 0870 720 1071.
