Exclusive badger deal for Newcastle mobile content specialist

Newcastle-based mobile phone content specialist Funkimobiles have signed an exclusive deal to provide Footy Badger ringtones and wallpapers. The animations have been created by director/animator Jonti Picking – better known to web fans as Weebl – the name behind the cult ‘Badger Badger Badger’ and ‘Weebl and Bob’ cartoons. Originally created for the Euro 2004 Championships, Footy Badgers have already been viewed over 6.5million times, but this is the first time the content has been available as a range of mobile downloads.
