Job Boost for Berwick
40 new jobs look set to be created in Berwick after a holiday park announced a fresh recruitment drive.
Haggerston Castle holiday park is holding an open day this Saturday February 11th when job-seekers can find out more about the 40 full and part-time vacancies available and apply for positions. Kelly Hope, Complex Administrator at the five-star caravan and touring park, said the jobs were in retail, holiday sales, reception, house-keeping, security.
They are also seeking site wardens, arcade team members and lifeguards for the park’s indoor and outdoor pools. A number of vacancies are also available in catering for restaurants and take-away outlets at the holiday park, including a Burger King. Kelly added: “We provide full training and one of the most important things as far as we are concerned is the right attitude.
Because we are looking after people on holiday, we are looking for Team Members who can make guests feel at ease and help them to get the most out of their holiday and have a really fantastic time.“ The holiday park is providing free transport from Berwick to Haggerston Castle on February 11th to make it easier for job-seekers to get along.
