North East IT firms forge links to boost business
Two growing North East technology firms are teaming up to develop new products in a bid to boost their business. IT support and network service company GreyRidge Software and independent software vendor Grant-IT will work together to create a range of customer-orientated products. The companies’ first new collaborative service has just been launched under the banner Enterprise 360 plus. This service brings together North Shields based GreyRidge’s flagship small business suite, Enterprise 360, and Newcastle-based Grant IT’s support service. Colin Grant, managing director of Grant-IT, said: “We know from experience that customers are happiest when they have a single contact point for help with software, hardware and networking. “Getting together with a great software company like GreyRidge is, therefore, a very good way of improving our customer service. Whatever the IT problem, businesses can now call a single telephone number for help.”
