Red lights slow car chase
Police in America chased a drunk driver through three towns before stopping the vehicle – despite the driver stopping at every red light he came to. The chase began when patrolling police spotted a swerving car moving in the opposite direction, WMUR New Hampshire reports. The driver wouldn’t stop for the police, and even went over a spike strip designed to burst the tyres. However, the driver did stop at every red light. At the last set of lights police finally managed to box in the car. Joshua Grant, 24, was eventually charged with drunken driving.
