This looks like a prank, or a misguided marketing tactic – a wrecked plane next to a sign advertising flying lessons. But the image is in fact a picture of a real light aircraft which just happened to crash into a tree outside a flight school last December. The pilot suffered minor injuries, and no-one else was hurt in the incident (except perhaps the reputation of the unfortunate American Aviation flight school).
