Test your entrepreneurial nature
A new quick-fire quiz is challenging people across the North East to see whether they’ve got what it takes to be the next Alan Sugar or Anita Roddick. County Durham Business Link’s entrepren-o-meter offers people the chance to see whether their enterprising skills are up to scratch by answering 13 quick questions.
The Entrepren-o-meter forms part of County Durham Business Link’s enterprise campaign which is raising the profile of business start up in County Durham by encouraging people that are considering starting their own business to take that first step by contacting Business Link or by attending one of the many start up events in the County.
County Durham families will also go head to head in a new competition which will see them work together to formulate a winning business idea. The Family’s Fortune competition is part of the campaign and deadline for entries is this Wednesday 28 February. The competition encourages families from across County Durham to submit their business ideas to stand a chance of winning some great prizes and being crowned the winning family of Family’s Fortune 2007.
