Justice prevails as firm wins Crown Prosecution contract

A Newcastle-based HR specialist has won a prestigious contract with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for personal performance coaching. GFI Consulting Ltd will provide training development designed for a team of senior HR managers. Working alongside the CPS HR Operations Manager, Barbara Harris, GFI HR will deliver specialist coaching and guidance to help her senior team secure the National Open College Network (NOCN) Certificate in Personal Performance Coaching.

Senior partner Dr Anton Franckeiss said: “This is contract win is very exciting for GFI HR. Competing against several national providers it furthers our belief that the North East is an excellent base from which to conduct both local and international business. The feedback from Barbara and her team also reinforces our principle that a tailored approach and a bespoke coaching service are the ideal ingredients to win business on a national and international scale.”

A series of workshops will be delivered from the firm’s Grey Street address, followed by a succession of mentoring and observation periods – resulting in the completion of the course in just eight months as opposed to the 18-month duration usually applied.

Barbara Harris said: “GFI responded with a detailed and considered approach to our need for specialist coaching. Their tailored solution to our brief was the perfect mix of off-site coaching and on-site observation. This agreement with GFI will address our need to provide a senior level of coaching skills so that the team can pass through the rest of the organisation, helping us to improve our performance levels and development.”
