Small businesses in Newton Aycliffe now have room to grow
A new business centre in Newton Aycliffe that opened its doors to local entrepreneurs last month is proving to be a huge success in its quest to support local business. The new £2m Evans Business Centre will support those businesses focused on growth and development, and provides the perfect grow-on space for new companies as they expand out of the adjacent Evans Business Incubation Centre.
Trudy Hind, Business Incubation Centre manager, said: “The Evans Easyspace developments on Aycliffe Industrial Park offer small and growing businesses across a wide range of sectors the ideal workspace. The Evans Business Incubation Centre is tailored to suit those emerging businesses that will benefit from additional support, and the centre has the Sedgefield Borough Business Service on hand to provide support to all new businesses in the borough. “Virtual offices and hot desking facilities are also available for those who don’t require an office full time but want to give their business a professional image.”
The centre offers 17 offices and 14 workshops of varying size. For further information visit www.evanseasyspace.com.
