Waygood's Little Jewel Cinema presents The Moldovite Season
Meet the Zet Family…
In its fourth season of artist’s films, Waygood’s Little Jewel Cinema will become a study of the six members of the Zet Family.
In ZET GARDEN II, artist Martin Zet focuses on each family member: his wife, himself and their four children. Each fortnight a different film featuring a different member will screen in Waygood’s Little Jewel Cinema, a peephole cinema in a former shop-front on High Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne.
This season, the Moldovite Season, is named after a semi-precious stone found mainly in the Czech Republic, were Martin and his family live. Martin will bring his family across from the Czech Republic to Newcastle for the preview, and family negotiations permitting, the four children will sit in the shop window of the gallery during the evening of the preview.
