North East Payroll Company scoops top UK award

A Gateshead based firm have just been awarded the accolade of Payroll Software Provider of the Year at the UK Payroll Awards. Cintra HR & Payroll Services fought off competition from multi-national payroll providers to win the award, which was presented earlier this month at the Sheraton Hotel in London.

Cintra were also honoured as runners-up in the other top category at the awards ceremony, that of Payroll Outsourcing Provider of the Year.

Cintra’s Chief Executive, Carsten Staehr said: “I am absolutely delighted for everyone in the company to have picked up this award, which bears testimony to our commitment to provide user-friendly solutions, backed up by outstanding personal service to our clients. I would also like to give special thanks to all our customers, who with their strong endorsements, made this possible.”

Cintra software solutions pays more than 160,000 people a month and handles more than £600m worth of BACS payments every year from its North East base.

Carsten hopes this national recognition will help Cintra add to its client list, which includes some of the UK’s best-known public and private sector organisations including the RNLI, LongLeat Estates and Mitsubishi UK.
