Merry Christmas, thanks for the pork!
Cheeky Australian thieves stole 16 tons of ham and bacon from a Sydney warehouse and then wrote a seasonal greeting on the wall, police said on Monday.
According to Reuters, the thieves cut through a wall of the warehouse and stole meat with a ‘street value’ of up to A$100,000 (£42,818). While searching for evidence to help them solve the crime, officers located the message on the wall of the building reading: ‘Thanks, Merry Christmas’.
