Business School to give local businesses the edge
Durham Business School (DBS) is launching a new venture to give businesses in the region an added advantage. The DBS Corporate Forum hopes to give organisations access to members of the global faculty of the School.
Durham Business School is ranked 10th among European schools for research. The Financial Times MBA 2007 League Table ranked Durham Business School 2nd in the world and number one in the UK in terms of career progression.
The launch of the Corporate Forum will take place on Thursday 6 March, where the guest speaker will be David Laws, chief executive of Newcastle International Airport. Members of the Forum will also hear from Professor Chris Higgins, Vice Chancellor of Durham University, and from Professor Rob Dixon, Deputy Dean of the business school, about their plans and the practical ways the Corporate Forum can provide exclusive help to its members.
