April Fool

Were you one of the ones who guessed it? We’re not sure exactly how many people fell for our little April Fool yesterday, played with help from our fellow bpeople at bgroup. Well done to those readers who called shenanigans on the story (probably due to April Fool’s Day paranoia), but we’d like to think that some people were taken in.

Of course, the Vatican did not contact bgroup about their new campaign, but the story does have a kernel of truth to it - bgroup are going to run a Seven Deadly Sins campaign in the near future, and the Vatican did recently announce that they were updating the list of said sins to reflect modern society. Because both things happened at about the same time, we felt it was a perfect opportunity to play a little trick…

The new ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ campaign will launch soon, so keep an eye out for it.
