Parents are being encouraged to improve their computer literacy in order to better police the surfing activities of their kids according to WebUser. Schools Minister Jim Knight this weekend described children as digital natives, to whom using the internet is intuitive, the same does not apply to many parents however.

Microsoft/Yahoo update! - Yahoo’s share prices dropped dramatically last week after it was reported that Microsoft has begun preliminary talks with AOL, an obvious alternative to Yahoo. However, with Yahoo rumoured to be considering tie-up talks with AOL themselves, is this tug-of-war about to become a love triangle?
