Knowledge in monster online travel company deal
A North East business solutions provider has won a monster contract with a new online travel firm.
Monstertravel is an online travel agency based in the North East with headquarters in Gosforth. It has awarded Knowledge IT the contract to look after its ICT infrastructure and internet connectivity requirements over the next three years in a six figure deal.
The company employs more than 50 people providing a blended independent service of bargain holidays, package deal offers to worldwide destinations from major tour operators like Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook as well as bespoke packages.
David Hawke, Monstertravel’s managing director, said: “Knowledge put together a solution that will deliver major savings across the business. It’s also reassuring to know that any issues will be resolved by making a phone call to Knowledge, which has the resources and expertise to sort things out very quickly.”
David Bennett, Knowledge’s account director, said: “We took a very close look at Monstertravel’s operations. This enabled us to recommend an outsourcing package that delivers an excellent solution to encompass all their requirements and allows them to get on with what they are good at.”
