Outsourcers bring 100 jobs to North East
A North East outsourcing specialist has announced the creation of 100 new jobs in the region as a result of securing several international clients.
Following the new business wins Respondez, a Hartlepool based global contact centre, is set to increase its workforce by the end of August.
Respondez provides clients from across the world with outsourced contact centre services, customer service support, technical support and warehouse and fulfilment services.
Sue Marshall, Sales and Marketing Director at Respondez, said: “This has been a truly successful year for Respondez so far and having won several major clients in both our contact centre and warehouse, we are extremely pleased to now be able to announce the creation of the new jobs within the company.”
Alongside the new positions Respondez is also increasing its focus on training by looking at industry best practice, alongside those of parent company Spanco in India and then bringing these process and performance improvements to the UK.
