Are you relentless?
A new Channel 4 game show will be looking for contestants in Newcastle next weekend. Relentless is a game show for T4, Channel 4’s entertainment strand aimed at young people. Applications are now open and filming will commence in September and continue throughout October.
Relentless is the game show that takes place in real life - it can happen anywhere and at anytime. Successful contestants could (so we’re told) win a big cash prize.
Channel 4 are travelling Britain to find the best contestants aged 18 to 26 who have the bottle to take on Relentless.. One contestant will be chosen and will take to the streets of their home town where they will be faced with a series of challenges. Only if they successfully complete this task against the clock will they get the chance of playing for cash. The organisers will be roping in some famous Newcastle faces to encourage the contestant.
Zig Zag Productions, the makers of Relentless are searching Newcastle for the most dynamic, determined and daring contestants to take part. They are looking for people aged 18-26 who are confident that their general knowledge and stamina are up to scratch.
If anyone is interested in playing Relentless, Open Auditions take place between 2pm and 8pm on Saturday 30 August at Tiger Tiger in Newcastle. To register your interest email relentless@zigzag.uk.com or call 020 7017 8765.
