ICT experts win flagship business centre contract

Technology firm PCI Services are celebrating a new partnership deal with Rainton.Net, a provider of telephony and ICT services to businesses located in multi-tenanted business centres across England.

The agreement will see PCI Services provide ICT services and support to Rainton.Net’s business clients, starting with tenants at Sunderland’s e-volve business centre at Rainton Bridge Business Park.

The e-volve centre is an e-business hub designed to suit the needs of fledgling and established businesses, particularly those in the communications, knowledge-based and design sectors.

The deal means that new and established companies housed there will be able to call on the 11-strong team at PCI Services, which is based on the park, for all their ICT consultancy, implementation and support needs.

Joe Olabode, managing director of PCI Services said: “We are delighted that Rainton.Net has chosen to entrust the IT infrastructure of the e-volve centre and its occupants to our team.

“We deliberately opted to base our own business here because of the excellent technology and communications structure in place. We were actually commissioned to install much of the core ICT Infrastructure so we are very familiar with the set up and capabilities of the building’s facilities.

“Being based here ourselves means we are on-hand to support other companies and give them direct access to our experience in supporting a wide range of businesses from small, owner-managed operations to large public sector clients.”
