Last chance to enter Environment Awards
Companies across the North East are being encouraged to enter the Evening Chronicle’s Environment Awards to celebrate their commitment to green practices in business.
The Environment Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and groups of people who have shown initiative and played a substantial role in environmental efforts or projects throughout the North East.
The deadline for the awards is Monday 12 January, so there’s only a week left to enter.
The awards are open to all businesses, groups, schools, families and individuals within the Evening Chronicle readership area.
An independent panel will judge each category, and three short listed candidates from each category will be invited to attend the Awards presentation on Tuesday 24 February.
Each winner will receive a handcrafted trophy made from recycled glass, a certificate and a cash prize.
Go to www.chroniclelive.co.uk/environmentawards to enter online or download an application form. For more information call Event Executive, Jennifer Cook on 0191 2043310.
