PR firm starts 2009 as ?one to watch'
Newcastle PR agency O Communications has been voted as one of 10 companies to watch in the UK creative scene, in the New Year honours list in industry publication The Drum.
The Ouseburn agency recently picked up five awards at the CIPR North East Awards, coming silver in the Outstanding Consultancy category.
The Drum also commented on the three year old firm in its own Agency of the Year list by saying: “It’s surely only a matter of time before O Communications, the young and dynamic Newcastle consultancy, takes this title, especially after winning a host of prizes at this year’s CIPR North East awards.”
Managing director Kari Owers said: “Being recognised by The Drum as one to watch across the UK creative scene is a great way to start the year. We have plans to develop our services and geographical reach in 2009 and our recent run of accolades are a testament to the fantastic team we employ and the great clients we work with.”
