The impact of the NI change on payroll software
With Inspire Business Technology
At Inspire we like to keep you up to date with important changes that will affect you in the year ahead. Changes to the National Insurance which come into effect from 6 April 2009 will have a significant impact on payroll software. It’s important that you understand these changes and have the support you need to minimise disruption.
HMRC will bring in a fourth band, called the Upper Accrual Point to Upper Earnings Threshold.
Director Gareth Lewis said: “It is important the businesses are aware of the changes in advance so that they can plan effectively and avoid any problems when the change takes place.”
Inspire (Accredited Sage Accounting Partners) are offering a free onsite consultation to any North East based business to discuss this and any other Sage related issues.
Gareth said: “We believe it is important that companies know exactly what they need to do to stay compliant. We can help them to achieve this as well as offering them a discount off any necessary Sage purchases.”
Readers who want to take advantage of a free consultation with Inspire can do so by calling Gareth Lewis on 0191 487 7074 or emaiing garethl@inspirebusinesstechnology.com.
