Hungry for success?
Service Network, part of the Entrust group of companies, is looking for the North East’s most passionate and talented companies to enter The Culture for Success Awards 2009 supported by John Lewis.
Now in its sixth year, the awards are open to any company irrespective of sector, specialism or size. The entries will be judged on four key criteria: people, customer service, winning business and contribution to the region.
The Culture for Success awards are designed to recognise a company-wide culture and are not limited to the success of one individual or team.
Gail Affleck Ward, Marketing Manager, Service Network and judge said: “Culture for Success is unlike other business awards in the region. We know that success is not only measured in terms of efficiency or profitability and while it is not as tangible, the spirit or culture of an organisation is a major contributor to the success.
“The awards are really inclusive too, they’re designed to reward all employees at whatever age or stage in their careers. Every individual makes a contribution to a business no matter how great or small.”
Past winner Steve McNicol, Managing Partner at Muckle LLP, said: “The real value, over and above the recognition that it gives our people for the work they are doing with us, is that the application process encouraged us to make time to look at, reflect on and celebrate the things that we do well.”
The deadline for entries is 5pm Friday 27 February. Visit www.service-network.co.uk to enter.
