Businesses encouraged to attend property showcase
Growing businesses are reminded to make a diary date for this year’s Tyne and Wear Commercial Property Show.
Sunderland’s Stadium of Light is playing host to the biggest commercial property event in the region on Thursday 19 March between 10am and 4pm.
Tyne and Wear Development Company, the investment agency organising the event, is reminding potential visitors that they still have time to register before the event at www.commercialpropertyshow.co.uk.
The show brings together property professionals, developers, local authorities and business support agencies to provide advice and support on commercial property in Tyne and Wear.
Sarah Gibson, marketing officer at Tyne and Wear Development Company, said: “The property show allows businesses looking for new premises in Tyne and Wear to discuss their requirements with a variety of agents and also receive help and support from the economic development departments of the five local authorities.”
Visitors can take advantage of a series of free seminars on finance and legal support. These will be run by industry experts Tony Edwards, from accountancy firm Tenon, and Heather Markham from Ward Hadaway’s commercial property team.
For more information about the property show visit www.commercialpropertyshow.co.uk or telephone 0191 516 9099.
