Cultural foucus for law firm
Culture in the North East has received a renewed commitment from the region’s business community during the recession.
Tyne & Wear Museums’ (TWM) business partnership Connecting through Culture has secured the continued support of Newcastle law firm Dickinson Dees LLP.
Through this membership, Dickinson Dees supports a wide range of activities at TWM including education and community outreach activities and innovative exhibitions, like the 75 Years of Penguin Design exhibition at the Shipley Art Gallery.
Robin Bloom, senior partner at Dickinson Dees said: “We recognise that notwithstanding the current climate, it is important to continue with corporate social responsibility initiatives as investment and support for charities and community outreach services dries up. The Connecting Through Culture scheme provides benefits to our staff, our clients and also to the wider community and by supporting TWM, we are able to support the people of our region.”
As a member of Connecting through Culture, Dickinson Dees has access to exclusive benefits, including networking opportunities, VIP exhibition tours for staff and clients, and employee volunteering days.
