Unfortunate choice of ride
A bank robber chose the wrong way to make a getaway from the scene of his crime - accidentally hailing a ride from an undercover cop.
Having looted a Michigan bank last week, parolee Mark E White flagged down a passing vehicle a few blocks away.
The driver turned out to be local detective Scott Jackson, who immediately arrested the would-be escapee.
White is now being held on a $755,000 bail.
