Guerilla invests in 'urban jungle'
North East creative agency Guerilla has recently tripled the size of their headquarters, and invested millions in designing and renovating their new building.
Increasing levels of work have led to an expansion of space to accommodate their growing business - which has also lead to a restructure of the organisation. The new building, located next to St James’ Park in Newcastle, is over 3000 square feet, three times larger than their previous office location. Staff that previously occupied one floor are now spread over five floors and four departments.
The company has also invested in state-of-the-art hardware and software and a modern ‘urban jungle’ theme for the office interior, as well as a training space in the attic to keep staff skills up to date.
Linda Skughei, Director of Guerilla, said: “We work in the creative industry and creating the right environment for our staff to produce their best work is massively important to achieving the highest servicing levels. It took a long time to choose exactly the right premises for the company to expand into. We have invested for the future and are confident that our investment will pay off.”
