He said: “It is an exciting time at Harrison’s. The three contracts in the Middle East are a huge boost to our business.
“The production is on site at our Darlington manufacturing base which is great news locally. It’s fantastic to inject the work back into the local community.”
Harrison have been commissioned to supply flagpoles for the Qatar Royal Family as well as being asked to provide goods in Oman, where the local government are working on a massive infrastructure project to improve the state.
Reflecting on the new businesses the manufacturing company has established, Adrian Harrison, said: “In the current climate it is important to recognise that clients needs are changing.
“We are adapting to the economic environment and being competitive with our pricing without losing the quality.”
