Strong performance for Stadium Group
Electronic manufacturing services provider, Stadium Group says that results for the year to 31 December 2009 will be ahead of market expectations.
Strong trading for the Hartlepool firm in the final quarter for the will result in a pre-tax profit before exceptionals which will be 10% to 15% beyond previous guidance.
The Group says that the momentum has been carried forward into the first quarter of 2010.The results are due for release on Wednesday 3 March 2010.
AIM-listed Stadium has been in operation since 1911 and employs over 1400 across sites in the UK and China.
Since the sale of Stadium Plastics Ltd in 2001and subsequent diversification away from the plastics industry, the focus on electronics manufacturing has brought both success and further opportunity for the Group.
