Repairing the rift
A North East consultancy has launched a new division which aims to repair the relationship between brands and customers which may have been eroded during the recession.
Newcastle marketing business MBL Solutions is to branch out to handle loyalty and reward schemes for firms looking to win back their customers.
According to MBL, the recession has transformed the expectations of customers and now, more than ever, they expect top class quality for the cheapest price possible.
Meanwhile, brand loyalty has suffered considerably during the economic downturn.
Specialising in gift cards, vouchers and e-voucher rewards MBL Inspired has already developed business solutions for large blue chip companies such as New Look retailers and local companies such as Food Local Food.
Business development manager Katherine Vinall said: “We’ve seen a huge increase in popularity with employee reward schemes and MBL Inspired is perfectly equipped to provide online branded platforms offering rewards that staff really want”.
