An undergraduate student at Newcastle University is currently working in conjunction with voluntaryskills.com to undertake a piece of research based upon the service. A questionnaire has been designed to obtain and analyse responses from users familiar with voluntaryskills.com in order to establish how they currently utilise the service, their perceptions of the brand, and their training needs. It will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
