Heads Up for Property Agency

Experienced property professional and enthusiastic sportsman, Timothy Hawe has joined the Alnwick office of George F. White as Head of Agency. Having spent several years working with some of the North East’s best known Estate Agents, he brings to this Northumberland property team a wealth of experience. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors his expertise includes the valuation, acquisition and negotiation of residential property and advising on the development appraisal of client properties. Since studying for his BSc (Hons) in Estate Management at Northumbria University Tim who was brought up in rural Ireland has made his career in the North East property market. Since qualifying, he has worked for some of the key names in the industry including Sanderson Weatherall, Strutt & Parker and most recently Bairstow Eves Countrywide in Whitley Bay. George F. White is one of the largest firms of independent property agencies in the North East. In addition to residential property sales they also have a large lettings department. Tim will be based in the Alnwick office, commenting on his new role Stephen McOwan Head of Property for George F. When not sealing property deals, Tim is a keen sportsman and plays for the Newcastle based Medicals Rugby Team. He is also assistant manager and coach to the Jesmond Parish Church Football Team.
