Whitehouse now fully booked
King Sturge has now let the last remaining unit at Whitehouse Business Park in Peterlee on behalf of Tritax Assets LLP.
The 40,000 ft² unit has been let to Newcastle-headquartered green support services giant Eaga.
Simon Hill, head of industrial agency at King Sturge in Newcastle said: ’Whitehouse Business Park is an excellent quality industrial development, which we are delighted is now fully occupied. The owners reacted quickly to the change in market conditions by offering two of the units for sale, which were consequently swiftly purchased.
“The final unit has been retained by the owners and let on a competitive deal, which has attracted a major plc, providing the owners with an excellent covenant.”
