Dog runs over owner with truck
A FLORIDA man was run over by his own pickup truck after his dog put it into gear, according to reports.
Christopher Bishop, 43, was lying under his Ford F-150 on Monday, checking for oil leaks, with the vehicle in neutral and the driver’s door open, said the sheriff in Ridge Manor, Florida.
Suddenly, his bulldog, Tassey, jumped into the truck and knocked it into gear.
The truck rolled over Mr Bishop’s left side, but he managed to escape serious injury, and was able to stop the vehicle and go into his house.
He later went to hospital, where his injuries were deemed not life threatening.
