Apple brings jobs to the region
UP TO 50 new jobs are expected to be created on Tyneside following technology giant Apple’s decision to open its second North East store.
The global technology group will open a new store in Gateshead’s Metro Centre, which will showcase its latest products including the redesigned iPod nano featuring Apple’sMulti-Touch interface technology.
Earlier this year the company opened its first North East store at Newcastle’s Eldon Square.
