Boom time for consultancy
A BOOMING consultancy behind creative work for The Highways Agency and clothing firm Barbour has made the leap from managed office space and expanded into premises double the size.
Boom Creative Consultants has left its former premises at Charlotte Square, Newcastle, in favour of taking new 1,200 sq ft offices at the region’s arts and creative hub - Hoults Yard, Byker.
The team will be joining a hive of creative activity at the yard, working in quarters where they can rub shoulders with PR and marketing companies to conference production and design experts.
And the design, branding, advertising and campaign consultancy, which is run by co-creative directors Roy Weatherley and Tony Phillipson, has already collaborated on creative projects with existing Hoults Yard tenants.
Boom Creative Consultants creative director Roy Weatherley said: “We’re excited about our move to Hoults Yard, which has continued to attract a lot of creative talent.
“It will be good to work alongside like-minded people, and with the added bonus that we have new larger offices.
