Leadership truths revealed
A MANAGEMENT expert will be in the region next month to give a leadership master class to North East Business figureheads.
Described as one of the key British business thinkers of his era, Max McKeown will be at The Entrepreneurs’ Forum in Gateshead to speak to help delegates.
He will address a host of questions ranging from how to shape the future, finding out what customers really value and energising staff on how they can work best as a team and collaborate on ideas.
Mr McKeown comes highly recommended by the likes of Vodafone and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for being controversial, irreverent and leaving his audiences on a high.
Forum chief executive Carole Beverley said: “Innovation is about finding new solutions to old problems; doing, acting and thinking in a fresh, more creative way and transforming any situation for the better.
“Max is a new breed of management guru; brilliant, original and entertaining and a shining star in the business world.
“We’re confident his presentation will help our members and guests get a fresh perspective and take some tips for bringing new impetus, and even transforming, their businesses.”
During the sessions Max will also share the experiences of some of the world’s biggest and best companies including Apple, IBM, Disney, and Microsoft.
The Truth About Leadership, Growth & Innovation session is on December 7 at the Hilton Hotel, Gateshead, from 12.30pm-5pm.
