So who reading this has failed? Come on let’s be truthful here… We all have failed in some area of our life at sometime. So ask somebody; why is it that we fail? And they will answers:

We didn’t have the technology!

I didn’t have enough time!

We didn’t have enough Money!

The Banks have not supported us!

They slashed their prices!

It’s a recession, nobody is spending!

Etc…..

These are all reasons and let me tell you, I have used some of these reasons before as well. What do all these reasons have in common?

Yeah! You got it, they are all RESOURCES.

The biggest illusion that business owners have come up with, is that they are failing because they don’t have certain resources. Working with business owners who are breaking through, who are achieving all their business goals and dreams. I have noticed this:

Resources are never the real problem; the real problem is a lack of resourcefulness.

What do I mean by that? You can get the resources if you are resourceful enough! What makes us resourceful? Human Emotions! What human emotions do you use most often? Do you get yourself in the emotion of been frustrated, tired, blame, stressed, overwhelmed and angry!

Are your habitual emotions; more determination, courage, playfulness, interesting, curious, brave and creative! Think about it, if you don’t have the money but you are creative enough. Could you find a way to get some? The answer is yes, as anyone who has ever succeeded has done it! If the obstacle you are facing is tough but you have a brave, curious and determined approach to it, will you find a way? Sure you will. If you don’t know what to do but you care enough, I bet you can find somebody to help you. It’s never the resources, it is the lack of resourcefulness that determines you’re failing or not.
