New manager takes the helm at Skoda and Kia
THE North East’s largest independent motor group, Benfield, has recruited a new manager to oversee its Kia and Skoda operations in Newcastle.
Benfield, which has 30 dealerships throughout the North of England and Scotland, has welcomed Terry O’Neil to its senior management team.
Mr O’Neil brings over 24 years of motor trade experience to Benfield and will be responsible for 74 staff at one of Benfield’s busiest and most popular dealerships.
He said, “ I am absolutely delighted to be joining Benfield, who have a great reputation for customer service and are a very well run and well known North East family business.
“Central to my new role here at Railway Street is to implement the company’s new Be Benfield policy, which essentially gives every team member, regardless of their position within the company, a say in how the business operates and progresses.”
As well as managing the Kia and Skoda dealerships and busy service department and body shop, Mr O’Neil will also manage Benfield’s corporate signage and vinyl business on Railway street, which provides corporate signage for dealerships and company’s around the region.
