Co-Sponsors Announced for Annual Dinner

The region’s largest business membership organisation has announced that it has received sponsorship support from four companies for one of its flagship events.

The North East Chamber of Commerce has confirmed that the Durham and Wear Annual Dinner will be co-sponsored by e-commerce specialists Back Consulting, recruitment firm Blue Arrow, networking organisation Network North and business support and space providers, North East BIC.

The event, which is set to take place on Thursday 5 May, will welcome guest speakers SAFC conferencing and banqueting general manager and NECC Sunderland Committee Chairman, Gary HutchinsonandSAFC manager, Steve Bruce.

Cheryl McCarrick, event manager at NECC said:

“We are delighted that Back Consulting, Blue Arrow Recruitment, Network North and North East BIC have given their support to the Durham and Wear Annual Dinner.

“By co-sponsoring the event they epitomise the close networking that exists within the NECC membership and I am confident that, with their help, the event will be a resounding success.”

As part of the event, NECC will be supporting the SAFC Foundation, which in 2010worked with more than 40,000 young people in the Sunderland, South Tyneside and Durham areas.

The NECC Durham and Wear Annual Dinner is open to members of NECC at a rate of £40 (ex. VAT) and £55 (ex. VAT) standard price for non-members.
