IDS forecasts strong growth ahead
Drug testing company IDS this morning predicted a 35% increase in turnover this year, buoyed by soaring demand for its vitamin D kits.
The Boldon firm said turnover for the year ending 31 March 2011 was expected to be £50.1m, compared to £37.2m the previous year.
Revenues from its manual vitamin D kits have increased by 27% to £27.9m compared to same period last year.
“We continue to look forward to the current year with confidence,” the company said in a statement.
