Web-casting hailed as way forward for business communication
Businesses are using new ways to communicate with employees and investors in efforts to save money and go green.
In the wake of improvements in web-casting and live streaming, many businesses are now keen to abandon the need for staging and travel costs by hosting large events online.
Streaming solutions provider StreamUK has reported a 50% rise in web-casting enquiries over the past six months from businesses, which has increased the popularity of its web-casting platform, ‘Stream Connect’.
CEO Duncan Burbidge said: “I think the environmental and financial rewards are fundamental, but it also creates positive connotations for a company proving that not only do they take corporate communications seriously, but they’re also able to adapt with modern technology.”
