Region’s first commercial property agent open for business
A local estate agent is using his expertise to establish the region’s first dedicated commercial property agent.
Jason Roberts spotted a niche in the market for retail, office and industrial property, and with the market at its lowest level for some time; he decided it was time to set up Roberts Commercial.
The company will also specialise in other services relevant to businesses, such as energy performance certificates, rent reviews, commercial finance and insurance.
He and his wife Laura will be heading the company, and both are keen to engage with social networking to promote the business.
Jason said: “People in business cannot ignore the power of Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin right now and in the future. We will announce in real time, what new instructions we have so that anyone following us will be at least 24 hours ahead of other buyers.”
Roberts commercial has already seen the benefits of social networking for themselves – after putting up the page on Facebook, the company had over 100 followers in just 24 hours.
