Stress solution for anxious travellers
If the thought of getting on a plane this summer fills you with dread, a new product to deal with airport could be your holiday must-have buy.
Totem Confidence is a product developed by Neuro linguistic practitioner Michael Hall to aid relaxation in the stressful situations which often come with travelling abroad.
A recent study showed that 42% of people said airports made them feel stressed, while more than a third said that the airport experience was more stressful than their working week.
The Totem Confidence pack includes a CD that helps the listener into a deep relaxation experience, as well as a ‘totem’, which the listener then empowers with their own confident thoughts.
Mr Hall said: “If you have a slight fear of flying to start with, then the whole airport experience can send you spiralling into a deep state of anxiety.
“What we need is something which can give us an immediate boost when we need it most and that is where Totem Confidence comes in.”
