Local Business Agent to Give Free Help & Advice to Retailers
As part of an initiative to help local retailers Roberts Commercial is offering free advice to small businesses that may be struggling to survive. “In my role as a business transfer agent and property consultant I am called upon when a business is struggling and the last resort is often to sell the business”. Jason Roberts, Managing Director is particularly concerned about the local town centre businesses especially with recent news stories highlighting the demise of some large national operators. “There is a huge spotlight on retailers at the moment; overheads still need to be paid and turnover is much reduced. Unfortunately some are ill equipped to deal with this and we would like to help”.
Roberts Commercial is also offering free initial advice to retailers who are looking to sell in 3-12 months and who are keen to maximise their saleability and sale price.
You can contact Roberts Commercial on 0191 280 3285 and free advice slots are subject to availability.
