Duo form partnership to help regions businesses grow
Two local businessmen have joined forces in a new venture to help businesses in the North East improve sales and generate growth.
Lee Durham and Richard Lane, who are both experienced in sales and business development, decided to form durhamlane, to help businesses boost revenues, profits and build stronger relationships with customers through bespoke company solutions.
Lee Durham said: “It is one thing knowing your product or service but it’s another thing knowing how to ask the right question at the right time, and that can be taught.
“We believe anybody who is on the frontline or client facing should be trained in the art of sales, as every conversation is a potential new business opportunity.”
The pair have already worked successfully with Narec in Blyth to provide sales training and one to one coaching, and are currently working with Cravens to help them move into new European and Middle Eastern Markets.
“We’re sure that there are many businesses out there that want to explore new markets but don’t want to take their focus away from existing clients. That’s where we come in. We offer hands on support and solutions to help companies reach new heights in their business growth, whilst giving them invaluable ROI,” Lee added.
Durhamlane is now on a mission to have sales people taken more seriously, and hopes to set up its own sales academy in the future.
