New 60 sqm, 20 seater boardroom style meeting room in Team Valley , Gateshead

Coffee Quarter Corporate Meeting Room is an extension to our highly successful coffee house and sandwich deli on Kingsway North, the centre of Team Valley.

The coffee house is perfect for informal business meetings, we have free WIFI and around 50 seats internally and about 40 seats externally. We strive to provide fantastic food and drink at the Coffee Quarter with a sleek modern and relaxing interior and ambiance which is perfect for social or business meetings.

Coffee Quarter Corporate Meeting Room is a 60 sqm , 20 seater boardroom style room, split into two levels with another 20 soft seats on the lower level making 40 potential seats in total. The room is open plan giving a light airy feel , the decor is modern and relaxing, we tried to give the room a 5 star hotel lobby feel to prevent meetings becoming tiring and stop fatigue for the participants which can happen in most meeting rooms. Features include a 5.5m by 1.5m boardroom table, 80 inch interactive projection screen for presentations and onsite catering for break or lunch requirements. The kitchen is based in the same premises so that food and drink can be provided the instant you break maximising the quality. ( An extensive menu is on our website ) The room is available to hire for either half a day or a full day and half day rates are currently on special offer for £99 and full day hire at £175 making a very cost effective option when holding training days or presenting to clients in a professional and relaxing enviroment.
